Pain Relief Therapy

A focus of relieving pain using differnt muscle and fascia release techniques. Also, trying to track down the source of pain to determine if the techniques performed at Target Massage can help you achive your pain relief goals.
Time - 30-60 minutes per session
Cost - 30min $60 Cost - 60min $100

Sports Massage

Atheltes from all ranges and sports. Depending on severity and what is needed different techniques will be adminstered.
Time - 30min-60min session
Cost - $60-$125

Shutup and Relax Massage

Nothing specific in this session. This will simply be a more traditional massage. No advanced work with a focus on staying quiet and relaxed.
Time - 1 hour session
Cost - $95

That one Spot

This session is to focus on that one little nagging spot that seems to never stop talking to you.
Time - 15min or 30min
